last june 30 they gave us a memo that we need to submit an incident report explaini:
a. delay rendering services last june 13
b. out of post
c. not acurate services
i didnt write an incident report that day because i need to talk first to my staff regarding this issue. i replied to that memo last july 4, 2012
a. last june 13, 2012 11:30pm we are not yet rendering 24/7 services it just happened im there thats why im the one they call for that nebulization at ER. the ER is in ground floor and our office is in 4th floor malamang di ako makakababa agad kc wl aman phone s room namin tinatawag pa kami ng nurse bago namin makuha ang message ng er
b.we are not hospital employee and we declare that we are on call during night time (if they need someone to hook a ventilator) it is just a secondary hospital at grabe wl patient alangan aman magtao kami pr mtulog lang at tumunganga.
c. it is accurate we oriented our staff to use face mask in nebulization for better absorption and right breathing at pr nrin sa comfortability ng patient.. rather that using mouthpiece na un ang gusto ipagamit ng ER nurse asking in front of the patient na mali ang ginagawa ng staff ko(eh sila nga ang mali kc d dapat sabihin ang ganun bagay lalo na at infront of patient)
nakasulat din sa contract namin na they can terminate us providing 2 months notice and with a good reason.... eh 1 month pa nga lang kami ng ooperate eh nasa period palang ng adjustment....
ang problem ko we are not yet done with our permits like mayor's permit and bir but we are in the process
pwede po ba akong maghabol at mag file ng case against the hospital for breached of contract.... and charge them for punitive damages even d pa tapos ang mga permit ko....
