Mag papa advice lang po. I am currenty employed as a nurse sa isang school and yung contact po namin is indicated that if we are going to leave the service without finishing the school year whether with or without consent ng school we have to pay nominal damage of 50,000. Ngaun po nagpaalam ako sa employer with resignation letter na magrender muna ko for 1month kaso hindi nging mganda usapan and umabot sa point na sinabi nya mag AWOL nlng daw ako. And upon checking sa contract na waived na pala ung karapatan ko magbigay ng notice 30 days before my resignation.
Kung magbabayad po ba ako ng 50,000 my habol pdin ba sila skin?or sa magiging employer ko. Specially bka mag abroad kc ako.
Indicated dn kc sa contract that they can report me sa PRC.
