Ngsign po ako ng contract sa isang bpo center, i read the terms.. and it states there na "Employer-employee relationship between you and the company shall only begin on your actual start date and not upon signing of this agreement." so sa pgkakaintindi ko po hnd pa tlga ako formal employee and can i back out of this contract? in the first place po pnaghintay nila ako ng 1 month marami pa sanang opportunities na pwede sakin kaso naisip kopo ung contract kaya hnd na ako tumuloy sa ibang company..nka recieve ako ng msg na cancelled ung training sa account ko and then after 1 week i received another msg na may training nnman. ang gulo lang. salamat po sa sasagot..
