Arresto Menor

If the ex-husband had not showed up in court since he thought that by not showing up, the annulment wont push through. He claims that marriage can't be legally terminated. I am wondering if there is anyone who will mail him the documents ( certificate of finality and decisions ) stating that the marriage was legally terminated? Thanks Very Happy
