NEED UR ADVICE !!

its been 13 years , i was involve with my friends adventurous rides .. and we were accused of carnapping .. some case are filed and all of my friends was released after 5years , my parents bailed me out and i was not able to attend the hearings .. i was wondering how can i clear my name if ever the case still exists and is it possible for me to get a clean nbi clearance ? i havent tried cause im too afraid of what will be the outcome , i dont want to do anything illegal because everything have started because i came to be with bad influenced friends .. i need help .. i wanted to have a clean life and an honest work ..
