gusto ng father ko na mabawi nya ang lupang isinanla ng kapatid nya sa bangko na malapit ng ma forclose.Humingi yung father ko ng copy sa registry of deed at dun nalaman ng father ko na finorge nya ang pirma ng father ko sa transfer of deed .Paano ang gagawin ng father ko para mabawi nya ang kanyang lupa na dapat para sa kanya

so the title to the property is in your uncle's name? and you believe the transfer was through a forged deed.

perhaps there is a way to prove the bank was in bad faith because they were aware of facts that should have led them to be cautious. who is occupying the property?

the uncle can be made liable for falsification of public document and/or estafa.

if the bank was innocent because everything seemed in order, your father's hope is to redeem the property when it is foreclosed by paying the debt
