Arresto Menor

an employee never disclosed she was pregnant. months later, she ends up giving birth. few days later, the baby died. Is this considered maternity leave or bereavement and what benefits is she entitled to.

does the company have a bereavement policy? if none, there is no bereavement benefit.

Usually it is still considered maternity benefit as stated by SSS. however, if it was not disclosed that she was pregnant, then she cannot claim her benefit in the SSS.
