I'm posting to ask what's the best course of action to take about what happened.
What happened: A facebook page was made about a family member claiming that he is a drug lord and posted pictures of that family member together with his name and place of residence. Does this constitute a crime? can the NBI/CIDG trace the perpetuator?
This is the second time that this happened. Last time, we reported it and the page was took down. This time we want to make sure it doesn't ever happen again.
