NBI Clearance Derogatory Record

I need to know when will it appear on somebodies NBI Clearance that he/she has a Pending Criminal case? I currently filed a criminal lawsuit to someone at Prosecution Level (Preliminary Investigation).

aw. I was issued subpoena and a warrant of arrest 4 years ago. My case is reckless imprudence resulting to physical injuries and damage to property. motor-to-motor accident was the case. I was driving my motorcycle when another motorcycle suddenly cutted on my way. We both file charges against each other, but the other party won the P.I.. We ask the lawyer who investigated the case why did he filed the charge against us since the other party did not show on the last meeting of P.I. he told us that its very hard to think that you'll file a charge against a person who was the one who's bumped. Galingan na lang daw namin sa depensa.hai My case is bailable so I paid for it, and no further court hearings occurred.

Never knowing that this might be the implication. Is my case considered a derogatory record or no criminal record? I started working just for today. I said I'll follow up my NBI clearance which is to be issued on March 16. I issued municipal court clearance and police clearance, the "no record" remarks appeared. Hai, if ever it will appear, I pray that I'll be able to explain it with my employer.

garry, i believe you should have kept on the case until it was dismissed. hopefully it was, but you won't know until you get your nbi clearance.

anyway most employers don't know the difference between no record and no derogatory record.

i don't believe it will be in your nbi record, at least not yet. to make sure you can apply for a clearance.

be sure to prepare a counter affidavit to this subpoena, other wise the complaint can be resolved only on the basis of the evidence provided by the complainant.

want to ask, got my nbi clearance and stated damage to property, so i go to mtc of manila then i found out that i have a case and have a warrant issued on me. i will settle it so i can get my nbi soon, question if the case has been dismissed will the no criminal record still appear on my nbi clearance or no derogatory record? or if the case will be cleared and states that no criminal record can i still can it to no criminal record?im in petition right now.

i don't know if it has changed now, but it might say no record or no criminal record.

attylll, can i still change it or not? its for life?

it can be removed if you have an order of dismissal from the court

nagkaroon po ng kaso ang kapatid ko. falsification. so nagkaroon sila ng preliminary investigation. nagbibigay sya ng mga counter affidavit. pero hindi na nya nalaman kung ano resulta. kung halimbawa nagdecide ang fiscal na there is a probable cause, ano po mangyayari dun? pero matagal na po nangyari yun and up to now wala namang natatanggap kahit ano from the court. Ibig sabihin po ba nito hindi na itinuloy ng complainant ang kaso.? if that's the case, meron na po ba syang criminal record kahit hindi naman na-convict?

Ask kulang kung makaka kuha yung kaibigan ku ng nbi clearance..hindi nya po kasi alam kung nka blotter sya ang nag sabi lang po nka blotter sya ung dati nyang ka work mate na sinabi na pina blotter po sya ng AM kumuha po kc ng pera..pagkat ito ay ginamit nya sa isang emergency kaya sya kumuha ng pera..

Natatakot po kasi sya kumuha ng nbi clearance bka daw po hulihin sya dahil naka blotter sya

Hi, paano po ba maki-clear ang name ng friend ko sa NBI. Nagkakaso po kasi sya ng Qualified Human Trafficking pero dinawit lang sya ng nag-accused as accessory. Closed na po ang Case, nakakulong na po ang kapatid nya na main involved. Sa decision ng Judge, "Nothing so much about him". Closed n po ang case 3 yrs ago.
Ano po ba ang dapat nyang gawin para maclear na ang name nya sa NBI?

atty,ask ko po kumuha po ang kafatid ko ng NBI clearance local para gagamitin niya s pag aply. dito sa pinas na hit record. po siya galing po s ibang bansa last 2015 lng po. Atty.ang kafatid ko po my naiwang loan siya s U.A.E ito po ay personal loan ito po b ang dahilan ng kanyang pag hit record po s NBI.anung case po ang sinampa s kanya po atty.

I have a question po. Last 2014 pina barangay ako ng dati kong employer for the case of stafa dahil maliit lang na remit ko and at the aame time may mga nawala akong mga items nila na pinapabayad saakin dahil sa sa sibrang baba ng sahod na halagang 4k a month pkus 20% commission pag may benta sa isang dental supply, minsan napapagastos ako dahil kinukulang ako sa fare and food allowance, oalagi pangbmaliit ang benta, tapos may mga nawala akon items nila dahil bukas bag ko and then nalalaglag while walking along the way. so i was in shock pero since first time po nangyari saakin yun wala po akong nagawa sa takot ay sa shock hindi ko na na deffend sarili ko at the same time na barangay ako. Ayaw na akong pag explainin and then nag babayad po ako sakanila monthly. Nag bayad po ako and then tumigil for a year. Then again summon ako sa brangay again to continue. Nakapag bayad nanaman po ako for 2 months and then hindi nanaman po ako nakapag bayad. Tapos po nun sabi pag hindi ko po nabayaran diretso na po daw sa court. Hindi na po ako nakapag bayad since then dahil dirediretso namatay sa family ko, hindi na ako nakapag work since Jun 2017. Sabi saakin ng barangay pag na punta na sa piscal sa city hall Ang case ko sa barangay pwede na po daw akong arestohin, yun po sabi saakin ng Atty na barangay. So natatakot po ako kumuha ng NBI dahil baka may record ay hindi na ako makapag work. Ano po pwede kong gawim. Hindi na rin ako nakikipag communicate sakanila dahil ayaw na nika ako maka usap. Barangay nakang namamagitan saamin dati.
