atty panu po kung may naka remarks na derogatory records? like ung sa credit cards na unsettled?anu po ba un?anu ba gngawa agad ng NBI kapag kukunin na ang copy nmin pero my derogatory record? please hope you can give us a clear explanation for this,wala po akming idea tlga,requirement namn kc ang NBI clerance pag nag apply ka ng work.salamat po.

you don't get derogatory remarks on your nbi based on failure to pay credit cards. it's either someone filed a case against you at the nbi, or a warrant of arrest is already issued.
