Hi po sa lahat asking an advice po ,.Kinasal po ako sa pinas parehas kming pinoy at may anak kmi 1, year 2010 ng work ako abroad then find out na ngloloko husband ko . prinocess ko parin ung family sponsor namin hanggang sa nakuha ko sila year 2014 but ung ex husband ko nasa ibang place ng Canada we are not together since dumating xa dto but ung anak ko nasa akin po, by next year 2018 pwde na ako mg apply for Canadian citizen pwde po ba n mg file ako ng divorce at matatangap po yan sa Philippine law .. hndi ko sure kung sya ba ay mg aaply din for Canadian citizen, any advice makkatulong po ng marami. Salamat po

When you are a Canadian you can apply for divorce. That is a right granted to Canadian citizens, right?

You have to file a petition for the recognition of foreign judgment. It's not automatic.
