Good day! I just need some legal advice. My boyfriend is now a German citizen but 15 years ago, he had a church wedding here in the Philippines. He has been separated from his wife here in the Philippines for 13 years now and they have 1 daughter. Can he file for a divorce in Germany or he should file an annulment here in the Philippines. Hoping to hear for your feedback. Thank you!

what is your goal? so that you can marry him, right?
changing his citizenship will not change his marital status,,
now, if you want to marry him in Germany, you can marry him there,
the wife can file bigamy only in Germany, not in Phil.
i am not sure if he can file divorced there, since they are not married there,
and i only know phil law... as far as divorce, alam naman natin, walang divorce dito.
regarding annulment,,
well, ano naman grounds,,???
dalawa eto, nullify a valid marriage or declare void and null from the start?
