Forgot to pay my equity on time for 4 times. I do not know that there were penalties for late payment. Only after 18months they send me a notice. 5months after I finish paying my House loan Equity. I have no check issue on the developer and I am paying the equity directly to my sales agent. Even the sales agent have no idea that there is a penalty. I dont want to pay the cherge since they did not inform me from the 1st month that I miss my payment on time. The penalties is adding un another penalties for up to present.pls help.
