Good day to everyone,
I was able to complete my full equity pay for 12 months for the house and lot I intended to acquire from pro friends last December 2013. As per the buyers information sheet that was duly signed by their staff, the unit should be delivered to us on January 2014 - April 2014. But they told us that it will be endorsed to us on August 2014 then moved to September 2014 then again moved to October 2014 after some series of follow up's through their customer service dept.
What are the rights of the buyer about this case?
Can I get compensation like asking them to pay for the monthly amortization since they admitted that it is their fault on not meeting the target delivery date? until such time they would be available to endorse the unit to us?
Does the buyer have the option to demand the developer to refund all fees paid + the equity + interest should the developer failed to meet the delivery of the unit as agreed on a written manner?
