Good day! I just want to ask for legal advice. Our lessee consistenly paid their house rental untimely. She always give reasons that are unacceptable and, we believe, not true such as bank's system shut down, holidays, her brother was in an accident, and others. Since they moved in May, they have not paid their rentals in a timely manner yet. They are due on the 15th of every month. This August 15th, they were not able to pay. What legal actions can be done? Thanks.
