What do you mean benefit? is that SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig? if it is, they should be given at the start of your employment

If probationary employee ka, pwedeng lumagpas ng 6 months dahil sa extension pero dapat sa start palang ay lampas na sya. Pero it doesn't mean dahil hindi legal yung contract meron kang hahabulin sa companya.
