In this scenario, We are the Lessee.
Facts:
We made the improvements on the land costing us about 200k
The lessor has agreed to provide us the land at 2000 pesos lease/month not including utilities
We, the lessee agreed to pay the rent, as long as the lessor will reimburse us of the expenses for the improvements on a depreciated vaule (150k) when the land has been sold.
Currently, the land has been sold and we were given notice to vacate the place at a certain date. The lessor however did not give us the reimbursement as stated in the contract

What can we do if the lessor would not pay the reimbursement?
