opo atty. ok na po lahat ang computation po nila 55,000 po ang kabuuan ng lahat halos 4 months din po akong ndi nakapasok.kasi po fractured po yung kaliwang paa ko. then nag follw up po kami sabi po ng sss ibigay ko nalang daw po sa employer ko at ibibigay nalang daw po ng employer ko yung advance para makuha ko yung nasabing halaga. pero ang ginawa po nila kinuha lang po yung papers ko at hanggang ngayun ayw nila kong balitaan about sa kaso ko... pwede po ba akong magreklamo? maraming salamat po god bless po

you should file a written follow up with your employer. you can file a complaint at sss later on.

opo atty.. lahat na po ng follow up ginawa ko na po, sinabihan pa nga po ako na hantayin ko nlang daw po nanahimik po ako ng isang taon at nagantay kaso wala pa din po natatakot lang po ako gumawa ng aksyon kasi baka pag intan po ako sa trabaho.maraming salamat po for answering my question
