i worked in an in house company contact center , if a company or it supervisor is the one not following its policy and procedures is this a ground for illegal dismissal? , because i was force to resigned because my sup provided me incorrect information and i have a signed agreement enrollment in this called performance improvement plan , and even the form does not state completely the entire time frame they only inlist pip 1 to be monitor or good for 2 mos but the following pip 2,3,4 they are blank in this form , so its not clearly specified on how long they can enroll an employee, in my part i was enrolled in pip wc was good for march and april , but on march 11 2017 before my 1st break of my 10:30 pm shift my sup log me out and coached me about my pip he told me that he will terminate me in pip 2 if i fail , when i have a signed pip form up until 4 , i was stressed and asked my previous sup and lead if he can possibly do such action i have a message to my previous sup and tl on march 14 2017 , i was confined in chinese hospital on march 17 2017 and stayed there for 5 days and resume to work on april 24 , i dont feel comfortable and i no longer trust my sup because of what he said so i pro actively submit a resignation and he immediately accept in on april 29, 2017. please help
