Good Morning po. Paano po ba ang treatment kapag naghalf day si employee after lunch then nag pa early dismissal due to typhoon. Lets say, ang official working time is between 8:00am to 6:00pm pero nag in po sya ng 1:00pm and due to typhoon nag pa early dismissal ng 3:00pm. So, starting 3:00pm nagstart ang overtime until 10:00pm. Is it considered overtime po ba or io-offset to complete the first 8 working hours? Thank you!

overtime lang after 8 hours na nagwork. it has nothing to do with schedule

Overtime counts after the "FIRST" 8 hours of work.

kung nag umpisa pa ng work ang tao ng 1pm, and pag dating ng 3pm he employee only rendered 2 hours of work so there is no overtime after 3pm. dapat ma complete muna ang 8 hours.
