Hi, I'm a newbhie here. Hope you can help me with this. I am working as a Contractual Employee since March 2013 up to this day. Based on my contract I signed a 1 and a half year as it was agreed by my part and my company. My only problem is that rumors speculating that I am subjected to a early termination or dismissal due to early completion of the projects as it was still part of the contract.

my questions are:
1. What else will i get other than regular pays I will usually get if I resign voluntarily?
