Ano yong maaaring gawing action ng isang empleyado na 2 months ng resign sa isang kompanya at hindi binibigay ang kanyang back pay sa kadahilanang hindi maayos na turn over ng inventory?

employer po ako for the first time on march 2017 and now running 6 months. ang company ay nakuha ko sa relatives ko na nagoperate since 2009. pinalitan ko ang name but not the 11 employees. isa sa employee ko ay nagresigned and now he is pushing ang 13th month pay na hindi na issue ng dating owner since he worked. is he possible to claim? Thank you.

how long ago was this? DOLE have 3 year prescriptive period for employees to recover their monetary claims
