Pay not received but still an employee

Hello! I would like to ask for your assistance. Last March 15, 2011 po di ko nakuha sweldo ko. I am still employed and still working for this call center in Taguig. When I asked HR - di naman daw po nahold yung sahold ko, when I called our bank(payroll) ang sabi po wala talagang ipinasok yung company this this pay period (March 15).

Maliit lang po sasahurin ko kung tutuusin for March 15 kasi nahospitalized ako 2 weeks before that pero ung cut off pumasok na ako at nakapag agree dun sa last date ng cut off. May payslip na ako pero until now wala pa rin po akong sweldong natatanggap.

Narinig ko po sa isang taga call center din na may katulad ng kaso ko tapos po ang ginawa nya eh nagpasulat sya sa isang lawyer about his case then they sent it sa company.. as i've heard binayaran sya ng company 00 ng 500hundred thousand... Pwede po ba yun?

Kasi di lang po ito yung 1st time na nangyari sa akin ito, dito rin po sa company na ito eh na delay ang sahod ko ng 3 pay period bale 1 1/2 month before namin nakuha..kaya nakakapagod na rin maghabol sa dapat eh automatic na nakukuha mo monthly..

ano po ang dapat kong gawin? supervisor at manager eh nilapitan ko na pero 4 days na ako walang sahod... ang nakakainis pa po eh week end ngayon at walang banko.. yun sana pang allowance at pamasahe ko sa office..

yes, they did.. ako lang po ang hindi

ano po dapat ko gawin? nagpunta nako sa HR nmin, nagverify na din ako sa bank,

pwede ba sila kasuhan?

write an email to your accounting department. keep all your communication written so that you will have a record. that is the best you can do or you can file a complaint at dole or at the nlrc.

I've done emailing my supervisor, program manager and program HR. Until now March 21, 2011 wala pa din po.

i recommend that you wait, and resend the email after a few days. else your remedy is t file a complaint at dole or nlrc.
