Accusation of Sexual Harassment between employee to employee

Hello po good day. I am Joe and Im employee.I would like to ask help about legal. Last January 2017, I conducted a one on one training to my staff, during the training there was a time that I opened my FB while observing my trainee to do her training lessons. Her accusation to me was I showed her a video a woman who is a pregnant. My question is it a form of sexual harassment?

Before she complained only this August to our admin. She sent a email report to our admin, and our admin investigated her report, and ask 2 persons who can testify that the time she went out training room after I showed her a video. But this video I cant really remember that I did that because that was 8 months ago. Now the admin reported to our president and her results of investigation were the following: 1. loafing and wasting time during working hours, 2. unauthorized used of company property by using wifi. 3. sexual harassment. In the report it was advised that 5 days suspension.

My questions are. 1. Why the admin come up a results of corrective action without hearing my side. Why the admin did not investigate me prior to issuance of corrective action.
2. Why the admin believe easily because of the testimony of the 2 employees without verifying the truth on bothsides.
3. Is it consider loafing and wasting time while I was on the training room browsing my FB in a few minutes? How minutes or hours to be considered as wasting of time?
4. Why she concluded that I used wifi to open my FB, infact I handled IT department in our company, and I provided the wifi password to all employees. She concluded that I used wifi without asking my side. How about if i used my DATA while using FB.
5. About the video I showed to my co employee based on her accusation, since I cannot remember it that it was happened during our training, am I liable of sexual harassment?

Can I also file a complain to admin and to my co employee for this accusations?
