more or less ang advise is magresign ka nalang rather than get fired?
if so they are offering monetary assistance then you should take it if you feel na they can legally fire you or if ayaw mo na talaga dyan.

pag resign walang matatanggap not unless my existing CBA or company policy that gives separation based on length of service kahit resigned.
