hello. i was given a document entitled nondisclosure agreement. what does "IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been signed by each of the Parties hereto" mean? beneath this clause is a form requiring name, address & date. to complete the form, whose name & signature should appear--mine or the witness'?
