Hi po sa lahat..mga atty just asking what is amicable agreement? It is valid for any cases specially on wedding involve? both friend of mine agreed to conduct wed ceremony lucking of some proper requirement due to have some reason they sign the contract in good faith….thier mc appeared in nso..it is valid ?

what did they agree upon?

if it's recorded in NSO, it is presumed to be valid.
