I am desperate to seek for legal advise regarding our employer. Me and my friend worked with them as a Virtual Assistant, their company is in Australia. The company owner is Turkish(wife) and British (husband), at first we're working with them peacefully. They gave us task from now and then with no contract and benefits.
First week of August the wife arrived here in Cebu City to set up an office. They showed us their true colors and they used one's name to get a business permit and for office lease contract. They're so rude because of the things that they can't get right away using their money. Me and my friend resigned and we still have our last cut-off that they need to pay but the're making it hard for us, one week more and we'll gonna be kicked out of our bording house since we're still waiting for nothing.
Now, is there a way for us to run after them? what we need to do so they will be oblige to pay us?
