Hello everyone, I badly need help and answers for my question. I am 19 and I want to use my mother's maiden surname because the simple reason that I don't like my father's surname. My father's surname is just ridiculous, repulsive and obscene. I often get bullied when I was younger and even in college I get in fights because of my surname. Is it legally possible to change my surname and use my middle name instead even though my mother and father is married?
