Arresto Menor

I urgently need a CTC of Court Order as per Dfa requirement but the OIC of the Rtc branch is on indefinite leave. Its been a few days ayokong isipin na natetengga ang trabaho dahil lang sa walang pipirmang tao, this is injustice to the people. At lalong ayoko sanang isipin na maaring pagkakitaan to , pero from the looks of it mukhang dun din ang tuloy. So sad and frustrating. Bakit pahirapan ang gobyerno? Will appreciate it very much kung may ma-advise kayo thanks!
