Need advise regarding my training bond problem.
I had a training from an IT Company nominated by my employer that enforces 1 year bond. The contract/document was signed by my immediate superior on my behalf without my knowledge. They just informed me that I was already registered to the said training.

I think I should have the right to be informed first prior signing any contract on my behalf.

Please help me. Is this legal?  Crying or Very sad
thank you.

It is not valid since you have not issued SPA on your boss to sign in your behalf

^Thanks sir,
another question, kasi sabi nila its confusing daw kasi I agreed to take the training kasi umattend ako kaya parang may consent daw ako dun sa training. (honestly, yung paginform nila saken via text is not a request to attend the training but sounded like a command kasi may schedule na kasama na ako training) and the fact na sila ang pumirma nung training form, kung meron man na breach of contract na mangyayari kung magreresign ako.. wala sila habol saken diba?

may agreement ba kayo na pag um-attend ka ng training and you resign e magbabayad ka?

^wala din.
naging legal issue na kasi siya sa office then they are trying to convince me may babayaran padin daw ako and also if ever man daw sila magbabayad, parang kinokonsensya nila ako kasi  I told them I'm resigning na this December, eh yung bond until May 2015 pa.

nagresearch nadin ako and read the civil rights regarding contracts.
art 1317 na unenforceable ang contract without my legal consent.

the bad side lang, my manager is giving me cold treatments right now and parang ang gusto niya for me is drop the issue. (moving forward daw)

baka kasi di din nila ako paalis because of this.
