Hello Atty,

Have I got the right to stop someone planting in my land? She is a tenant of my sister and she has been doing this for years and years.

Now I am Very Happy planning to sell my land. What can I do if they refuse to stop doing this?

I am leaving for the Philippines on the 31st July to discuss this matter with my sister.

I will be very grateful if you can help me with this.Thank you so much for your great help.
