Last Oct 2015, we decided to buy a condo unit from Tower #2 Kasara Urban Resort (Empire East) and the turnover date promised to us was Q4 2016 to Q1 2017. Until now, the project is nowhere near finished and Tower #1 is barely more than half done.
Now, we're thinking of applying for refund... Advise lang po if we are qualified to apply for refund on the basis of delayed turnover?
If not, applicable ba ang Maceda law sa pre-selling units? Do we need a lawyer to back us up on this or is this a process na pwede naming gawin ng asawa ko?
