Ask ko lang po kung ma-i refund pa ba sa amin ang down payment plus reservation namin sa pre-selling na condo na hinuhulugan namin. Nagkapag bayad na kami ng reservation, tapos yung one month plus almost 100% ng 10% DP. Hindi na namin itutuloy kasi hindi na namin makayanan ang monthly amortization kasi wala ng work ang spouse ko. Besides, hindi kami pinapayagan na ang remaining balance dun sa 10% DP na i-split kasama na sa monthly amortization namin. So we decided to cancel the contract. Thank you so much and Happy New Year po.

Re read your contract, nakalagay yan dun if refund is available and if so, how much will you get.
