Arresto Menor

Pede po bang bawiin and Advance payment(P1800) and Deposit(P500) nag stay lang po ako ng 8 hours then nag decide po ako na wag na ituloy yung rental kasi po may emergency sa familiy namin sa province. wala po akong pinirmahang contract of lease then sabi sakin ng may ari deposit lang daw ang makuha ko. tama ba to?need your advise bago ako magpunta sa barangay.thanks
