hi good day i would like to seek advice would it be possible if i change my son's surname to my maiden name i'am not married to his father but he signed the live birth at the hospital. would it be possible to ask the hospital to change my son's live birth??? hindi ko pa po nakuha sa hospital live birth ng baby ko at hindi pa po registered sa civil registry. ask ko lang po if i can change my son's surname to mine.

you can check with the hospital if they have not yet put this on their records.
