hello po,
tanong ko lang po kung stafa po bang maconsider ang Hindi pagbayad ng electric bill?? ganito po yon, nagrerenta po kasi sa isang building na may 8 doors ngayon yung caretaker ng paupahan nagkamali ng bigay na electric bill. nagbabayad naman po kami hanggang sa umabot ng tatlong buwan nalaman namin na Mali palace yung electric bill na binibigay sa amin lumaki po ang consumo namin kasi gumamit na kami ng aircon at doon narin nalaman ng kabilang room na Mali ung electric bill nila at nalaman narin namin na Mali din bill namin nung pumunta na ang meralco for disconnection at yung caretaker admitted na nagkamali sila ng bigay. ngayon po ung door na nakapalitan namin ng electric bill sinisingil kami ng bayad sa binayad nila. nag.refuse po kaming magbayad kasi gusto namin managot din ang nagkamali pero umabot po sa barangay ang reklamo nila at sabi ng isa sa kagawad don kung Hindi daw kami magbayad I.consider daw na stafa yun.. TAMA PO BA?? ANO PO BA ANG MAI.ADVISE NIYO PO SINCE WE REFUSE TO PAY NA HINDI NAMAN NAMIN KASALANAN NA MALI ANG BIGAY NA ELECTRIC BILL?? ang halaga po ng difference sa bill namin ay 2000+ po.

aminado ka naman na lumaki ang consume nyo sa kuryente so bakit ka tumatanggi magbayad? let say nagkamali man yung care taker, maaatim mo ba na sa kanya ipasalo yung gastusin ng konsumo ng kuryente ng iyong pamilya na kayo naman ang gumastos?

anyway kahit pa saan kayo makarating, the simple fact na kayo naman talaga ang consumer nung tamang bill won't change and you will be asked to pay for what you have consumed.

OK let's say magbayad kami.. how about the damage caused by the caretaker?? at umabot pa talaga ng tatlong buwan for us to know which is dapat Hindi kung bags negligence ng caretaker.. may point is Ganon ganon nalang ba sorry sorry when infact binabayaran ka ng may.ari to see to it everything is in order.. kung laging ganon na maka.cause sila ng damage sa tenants sorry nalang lagi?? walang lesson learned from past kasi hinayaan nalang ganon?? at napansin ko rin na Parang their not taking their obligations seriously purke wala ang may.ari?? lahat ng pagkakamali may kaakibat na obligasyon sinadya o Hindi man dependi sa damage na natamo of course.

this is really disturbing we went there in the barangay even the captain itself say that its not our fault the complainant should complain to the owner of the house not to us but still their trying to make trouble as if we are at fault.. before it went to the barangay we talked with the caretaker what will be her contribution to the damage she brought?? she said she will not contribute anything or participate with the damage she made.. so we as victim of her negligence told them neither we.. so we will dig deeper who's really responsible of this problem.. its simple but it means a lot!

simple lang naman yan, yung sa part ng bill ng kuryente kayo ang may responsibilidad na mag bayad nun since kayo ang nagconsume. hindi justifiable na reason yung mali ang bill na binigay sa inyo.

regarding naman sa reklamo nyo sa care taker, tandaan mo na tenant kayo kaya nasa inyo padin kung willing kayo pagtyagaan yung management ng nagpapaupa or hindi. the best thing you can do is complaint directly to the owner at pwede nya alisin yung trabahador nya (depende sa kanya). kung di nya aksyunan, pwede kayo lumipat. pero in terms na kayo mismo ang magpapanagot dun sa care taker eh Malabo yan since hindi naman kayo ang employer nya.

OK na po.. wala kasi ung may.ari NASA America pati mga anak.. the captain said in a legal term wala talaga habol ang nagrereklamo kasi wala kaming kasalanan.. ung partner ko kasi foreigner iba pananaw sa buhay every mistake may dapat na consequence.. it was decided by the captain and asked us for consideration to pay half whether they take it or not.. thank you this case was solved.
