halos lahat ng consumer kanina ay sumugod sa office na DORECO {dvo. or. electric cooperative} dahil sobrang taas ng bill namin sa buwang ito. walang notice man lang na pinarating.malaking halaga ang hindi nairemit at itinakas ng kanilang empleyado nitong nakaraang linggo,sapat na dahilan kung bakit tumaas ng sobra ang sinisingil nila upang makabawi. Ang paggamit ng " cooperative " po ba ay pinapahintulutan ng batas ? sobrang abuso na dapat bigyan ng agad agad na aksyon na po yata ito.
