Hi. Question lang.

Is non-regularization the same as termination? If yes, where does this fall sa Labor Code?

My contract says
.....
The bond comes into effect upon completion of the course which is on MMDDYYY
......
......
In the event you resign from the company, or your employment is terminated for cause, within two years of the effective date, you will re-pay the company a pro-rata ........
This means the contract will be "binding" on MMDDYYY day right? So pwede pa ako mag-resign ng maayos without paying amount stipulated in the contract, tama?

Non-regularization has the same effect as termination of employment as both will separate the employee from the company.

It falls under Analogous Causes of 'Just Causes' under the Labor Code.

-This means the contract will be "binding" on MMDDYYY day right? So pwede pa ako mag-resign ng maayos without paying amount stipulated in the contract, tama?

1. It Depends on the wording of your contract. Usually, it takes effect when you signed it unless there is a specific date for which the contract takes effect.
2. It Depends on number 1.
