Need guidance po.

Is it legal to deduct salary for tardiness? If yes, whats the basis for computation for deduction? If no, are there any reference available so I can forward to our HR? Thank you :-)

Also, its punishment for late comers and undertimers.

yup they deduct by the minute po...averaging from the per hours to minutes then deductions. attyLLL i was under the impression that if your in management you are not allowed to deduct from compensation, but you can terminate an employee for excessive tardiness. Please advise.. Thanks po.

i would argue that you can as undertime. and yes, excessive tardiness is grounds for termination.

Atty., Our FIRMS MANAGEMENT SERVICES was owned by a Non-CPA and also not a Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, She is as well signing legal documents under a professional name called "Accountant". Is there any violation of the Law was violated?

what the law prohibits is to use the term certified public accountant or cpa, but accountant by itself is not prohibited.
