Good afternoon, Experts,

I hope all is well.

I just want to know if an employer has the right to deduct absence or tardiness if there were no HR Orientation, Employee Handbook, and Attendance policy provided?

ofcourse the employer has the right, you are only paid for the hours you work..

Yes, the law is written into every contract of employment and the policy in the Labor Code is no work=no pay.
