Arresto Menor

Good Day!
I wasn't be able to pay my loan because I stopped working due to health reasons. The Lender already told me that they will file a case against me. And that they will send a sheriff at my co-maker's workplace and have her terminated. Would that be possible?

depends on the case they will be filling. usually this are just scare tactics of collection agencies. ask them what case will they be filling. if its just civil, then no, their threats are baseless and you can sue them for extortion.
