Ask ko lang po sana, kung ang isang empleyado ay nagpa-demote voluntarily from his/her position to a lower one, yung allowances and incentives po ba niya matatanggal din or mareretain?
For example, Supervisor down to Line Leader, entitled padin po ba siya sa Supervisor allowance and other incentives under Supervisory rank?
