1. To represent the undersigned grantor and grantors spouse with the kapatiran village homeowners association inc in all matters relative to the property subject matter in the LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT idenfied as doc. No. 207; page no. 42 book no. II; Series of 1997; in the notarial book of atty. Catherine b. Villa of imus cavite particularly for the purpose of getting the consent of the kapatiran village homeowners association inc in the causing the transfer of grantor's right, interest, ownership and obligations under the afore-mentioned LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT to and in favor of the attorney-in-fact herein, to pay all expenses needed to accomplish the transfer and to sign all and whatever documents for the purpose.
2. With the above, the attorney-in-fact shall take over, henceforth, shall pay the monthly obligations under the terms and condition of said Lease/purchase agreement until it is fully paid. And thereafter, by virtue of this special power of attorney , the kapatiran village homeowners association, inc. Is authorized to deliver, turn over and execute the required DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE on subject property directly in favor of the named attorney-in-fact herein including power to transfer grantors Lease/purchase agreement
3. This special power of attorney is intended to remain valid, binding and enforceable between the grantor, grantors spouse and the attorney-in-fact herein and their respective heirs and successors-in-interest until the above are accomplished.
