Hello,
I just need an advise coz im currently leasing to one of malls commercial space but due to my net losses I cant pay them asap, they threaten me that they will banned me to all malls aside from terminating the contract, can they do that even if i will ask a payment arrangement for my balances.
can someone give me an advise, like a former lessee as well or know their process and can a lessor sue a merchant that cannot pay due to losses
