Im back!

To whom it may concern;

I am a current private employee of a finance institution and had an audit findings on my part stating multiple violations which may be a valid ground for termination. And I allegedly question their findings because they based only on the statement of other people. No other evidences been presented by our corporate auditors instead an a written statement only. As of now, I am arguing to the HR Department, that it was only a hypothetical findings.

Now, it is legal to terminate an employee in this scenario of my case.
Kindly advice if what should I do and what explanation to say?

depends on what the specific charges are. if may nagtestify na nagnakaw ng money and the audit shows that no money was missing then you can question the findings.

If the person who testifies is a security guard and claims that you left the building and hung out at the coffee shop next door the whole day, then HR may choose to believe the charges.

the charges/findings aren't hypothetical, i think you mean unsubstantiated.
