If there a specific hit in the NBI for a case that had already been dismissed, and the person is really the one being referred to in both the NBI and rhe court case (i.e. it's not a case of mistaken identity), the clearance applicant will have to bring a certified true copy of the decision or Order of dismissal to the NBI.
