Gandang araw po.
Pls help.
>Hired si employee nung march 27,2017
>Nag sign sya ng probationary contract (mar 27 - aug 27, 2017)
>nagpasa sya ng resignation letter nung April 24, effectivity is may 15
> nag awol sya ng april 26 at may 1.

May right ba si company na huwag na sya papasukin ng may 2?
Info: nagtxt si employee  nung may 1 ng gabi na kung pwede paagahin na yung resignation nya. Ayaw na nya pumasok

Additional question
>May habol ba si company sa employee dahil hindi nito nasunod ang contract nya regarding sa pagpasa ng resignation?(30 days notice)

yes pwede ng employer tanggapin ang resignation ng employee anytime. no if ang employer ang ayaw magpapasok sa employee then hindi mo pwede syang idemanda dahil kulang ang ni render. pwede lang magdemanda if ayaw ng employedo icomplte ang 30 days even when the employer asks him to do so
