hi po .. kailangan ko lang ng advice regarding sa appliances na nakuha ko sa AE*N Credit Services .. ( di ko nalang nilagay ung buong name ng creditor baka kasi bawal ) kumuha ako ng 2 unit refrigirator (10,200) and 32 inch tv ( 9,900) and as discuss 0.3% ung interest nila . good for 1 year ang kinuha namin. naapprove ung unit august 5 ,2016 and monthly amortization is 2400 monthly.
i admit nadedelay po talaga kame ng bayad for atleast 1 week pero pinipilit ko parin ihabol ang bayad .. its just that we have an emergency this current year na namiss ko ung payment namin .. last payment po is march 15 and thats for feb month payment . so basically last payment po talaga namin is feb 2. 2nd day of the month po due namin lagi .. dapat po magtatapos na po sya etong august if updated lang po .. kaya lang i dont have the funds pa para eupdate lahat ng namiss na months so nakiusap ako sa kanila ..
i am so bothered sa araw araw na text message nila threatening me na kakasuhin nila ako ang they will send a summon regarding this .. and account will then proceed to court .. sa mga text nila they already mentioned 2 diff names of the attorney. so tinawagan ko ung number na sinabi nila where i can reach the attorney, pero ang na reach ko is an collector agent who automatically transfered me to an supervisor . nakausap ko ung supervisor and he even gave me his name ( robert ) sinabi nya that this is regarding an international complain against me .. so to make it clear and specific tinanong ko kung ano ba talaga un .. and sabi nga nila regarding eto dun sa appliances na nakuha ko .. i asked for the outstanding balance para sana masettle namin and just close the account . i dont have that enough funds but im willing to find ways to close the account . kasi nagwoworry na po ako .. kaya lang po sabi ng supervisor outstanding bal is 23k .. nashock ako .. parang binili ko lang ulet ng cash ung unit .. how about my previous payments? and to think na last payment namin is march 15 o sabihin na natin feb .. still hnd dapat ganun kalaki ung aabutin .. i ask for statements and breakdown sa charges and even gave them my email para mas madali .. pero sabi ng supervisor na they are not allowed to send us unless we will settle the account kaya sabi ko po pano namin sesetle ung account if hnd namin makita ung breakdown .. i have thought that this is only a scare tactics pero still nagwowory parin po ako .. i am willing to settle naman po pero its so unfair na ganun kalaki babayaran namin just for a few months delayed .. ano po pwd nyo eadvice saking sana po masagot mga katanungan ko ..

and regarding estefa pag ba more than 20k ung debt .. it can be considered estafa .. yan po raw kasi ang isa sa mga grounds na pwd nila iabato sakin

hindi po grounds yun ng estafa. tama ka na humingi ka ng breakdown before ka makipag settle. pwede ka mag refer dun sa pinagkakautangan mo kung talagang balak mo naman sya bayaran.

thanks po talaga .. balak ko naman talaga magbayad .. its just that nashock lang ako sa itinaas ng outstanding bal ng dahil sa penalty na ilang buwan palang ako delayed

They can only file collection case. Not estafa.
If they filed a case, you will receive a letter from the court, usually from MTC. Please attend the hearing. No lawyer is required. Then show the judge that you want to settle your debt, but you can only pay this amount... Then just pay it. Don't settle unless you are not ready to comply..
