i caught my wife

good day, im married for two years,

i was able to access my wife IMO account and i caught her cheating on me, a few days ago, we had a few argument and she told me that she wants to end our married relationship, she is working abroad.

ive done everything that i can to access all her social networking sites but its clean, and the last account that i was able to access is her IMO account, and i read everything there.. she sends nude pic and also the guy and they also exchanged i love you words.

can anyone tell me if i can sue her? i have a screenshoot on all of thier conversation including the pictures.

please help me.

i have all the screenshots of thier conversation sir..including the pictures, videocall recorded and audio call recorded. is it still possible to sue my soon to be ex wife even if she is in abroad?
